Q: What is an active user?

A: An active user is someone who has begun taking a training course or exam within the last 30-day billing period.

Q: What is a team account?

A: Team accounts allow you to collaborate in designing course materials. Assign user roles and work as a team developing your trainings. This feature is currently available on Executive and Enterprise plans.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at any time?

A: Yes! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription in your dashboard to match current training needs.

Q: What happens if I have more active users than my plan allows?

A: You can easily upgrade your account to accommodate more users. If you are over the number of active users permitted with your current plan, each additional user will be billed at $4.00 per month.

Q: Does this platform offer eCommerce integration?

A: Yes, please contact us to set up payments integration. This feature is currently available on Enterprise plans.
